The cost of Shipping from the UK is included in the sale price
Shipping will be by insured, priority 'Signed For' Mail to the US
and insured, priority Special Delivery Royal Mail in the UK
If shipping by carrier (such as UPS or FedEx) is required an additional charge will apply

Friends of David Lawrence members receive a 10% discount on price:
just provide your membership number when making a purchase.

Payment can be made in one of the following methods:
· Using your PayPal account (preferred).
· By credit card. You do not have to have an existing PayPal account to use a credit card.
· Alternatively, if you do not have access to one of the first options, a cheque can be sent to Friends of David Lawrence.

Following a successful purchase, you will be sent a PayPal invoice for the full amount or instructions for mailing a cheque .
